This is a one owner 1996 Chevy Caprice Classic, affectionately referred to as a "Bubble Chevy" but cult fans. This one was owned by one owner, a 73 year old man who has just lost his license. Which means in 20 years he has driven about 6K per year, and meticulously maintained this garaged retirement car. It is spotless. Cant really find a flaw. Starts up and is like a new auto.
