1955 willys m170 ambulance jeep. Picked this up from a buddy not too long ago. This would make for an awesome restoration! Very similar to a cj 6 but the passenger side door area is much wider for a stretcher,spare tire, and sometimes a mounted gun. Body is in good shaped for the year. A few spots of rot but all are very repairable. Frame is in awesome shape just light service rust...someone put a suspension lift on it. They also put in a sbc drive train, I do not know if the motor turns over or not. Bunch of misc sbc motor parts in side, starter, carb,extra intake. Best top cj6 soft top and a set of soft doors. Tires are just rollers and are dry rotted....motor is bolted in but trans and tcase are just sitting in place. No wiring or anything is hooked up. No interior,no gauges. Front clip is just set in place. This is a really neat hard to find project and will bring some big money if restored but I'd prefer a late 20's early 30's sedan or coupe or an early 40's pickup to make into a rat rod.
