New battery, new clutch, comes with wheel locks, two keys, owners manual, and spare tire including jack and tools. Being sold "as is." The accidents CarFax reports were not accidents, 1 was when a car scrapped mine when it was parking and 2 was when someone smashed the driver's side mirror.
