Car runs and starts up right away. Purchased car 1 year ago and had mechanic check it out since and was told it is in good shape for its age. Since then *I AM having an issue: When driving at speeds over 60mph, car sometimes pops out of 5th gear. If I hold my hand on the shifter, it stays in gear all other gears haven't given me any issue personally, but I also did not put a lot of mileage on the vehicle once this started happening. Purchased vehicle for $2500 1 year ago and inherited a second vehicle since so instead of diagnosing and repairing, I am just selling it FOR CHEAP for convenience. Could be a quick fix, I am not sure I am not a mechanic and do not need the car anymore. Car has been off the road for about two months, but I have started it up weekly (always starts right up) and driven it around the block a few times to make sure it doesn't sit. During this time I've had no issues with the car, including with the transmission (though my max speed in the last 2 months has been 50mph.)
