1956 DeSoto Firedome 4-door sedan 54,000 original miles Pictured is a 1956 desoto firedome sedan. I have owned this vehicle for 11 years and due to lack of time must reluctantly let it go. First the good: ~ new fuel pump with Hot hemi heads adapter ~New thermostat ~new shocks at all 4 corners ~all 6 wheel cylinders replaced ~new brake shoes ~new brake lines ~re manufactured master cylinder ~new brake hardware ~new front king pins ~new differential pinion seal & rear universal joint ~new exhaust ~ newer tires, rear tires are starting to dry crack ~new coolant hoses ~newer wiper blades ~ re-plated headlight rings and hood ornament ~ replacement tail light assemblies The Bad: ~ will need a water pump ~ some rust at rear "dog leg" sections left lower quarter panel ( replacement panel included) ~ rear tires are dry cracked due to age ~radio inoperative ~ drivers door panel is off as well as inner door pulls ( all included) Vehicle is a solid vehicle to turn into a rat rod or restore.
