2001 GTI VR6, 5 speed in stunning condition. One professional owner, always garage kept, never smoked in. I was a professional detailer back in college, and have used that experience to maintain the vehicle to very high standards over the years. All maintenance is up-to-date, she is ready to drive and enjoy. Leather sport seats are in pristine condition with no cracks or blemishes of any sort front or rear. Runs and drives perfectly, solid AC and heat, no mechanical issues. All electronic goodies (heated seats, rain sensing wipers, auto-dimming rear view mirror, electric mirrors, interior and exterior illumination, etc. work as new. Normal failure points at this age, such as the headliner and soft touch surfaces, have all been replaced/updated. This normally aspirated narrow angle V6 is hands down the best engine ever produced for the GTI; a 5 minute drive will make you a believer. This engine pulls strong continuously, from the minute you push on the accelerator to when you reach highway speeds. She shifts as smooth as you'll find. Clear CarFax (I can provide a copy), never in an accident- only paint/body work of any sort was a quarter panel repair when someone bumped while car was parked in a parking lot. The only known issue is that the sunroof may need some tension adjustment to open/close properly. It does not leak and the motor works so I suspect it is trivial but just haven't had time to look at it. Car has never once broken down and has been extremely reliable.
