For Sale Used 1987 Toyota 4x4 Pick-up. I am selling this truck as a parts truck due to California Smog rules. Please read carefully. I will not smog this vehicle it will not pass that is why I am selling it. I bought it two years ago for my stepson and now he wants something else. I don't have the time to do the repairs and am not willing to pay a mechanic nearly a thousand dollars to do the job on a vehicle I plan on getting rid of. Cylinder number one and two have low compression. It had the problem when I bought it two years ago but will now not pass smog. It needs a new or rebuilt head. The catalytic converter checked out ok I had it replaced when I bought the truck. It has a new carburetor, fuel pump, cap/rotor, spark plugs. 31" Tires were new 2 years ago. Has a new stereo and two 6.5 speakers in the door also new 2 years ago. Bluetooth and ipod capable. New rear sliding window Has A/C but does not work probably needs to be converted to new cooling chemical. Runs. but very low on power. and a little rough at idle. When I bought it two years ago it was accident free but while at the mechanic getting it a new cat for smog and a tune up it was in a minor accident. on the front passenger side. It has a new passenger fender, marker light and bumper. I think that is about all I know it needs some TLC if I was keeping it I would just put in a complete rebuild but I am sure a new top end will get you going for many thousand of more miles.
