I am the second owner of this meticulously maintained Acura TL 3.2 (purchased in 2005) . The TL has been regularly services and has just over 190k miles (mostly highway). The engine has a leaking head gasket. There are some scratches and small dents but cosmetically and mechanically (besides the head gasket) this vehicle is in very good condition for its age. This vehicle includes power windows, power door locks, sunroof, cruise control, heated driver and passenger seats, ABS braking, driver and passenger airbags. Note: there is a recent recall on the driver side airbag. This can be taken to any Acura dealer and repaired at no cost. There are no other known mechanical issues or defects. The vehicle will need to be picked up from its current location in Annapolis, MD. The engine is currently running and can be driven or the vehicle can be towed. The Buyer agrees that the vehicle being sold by the Seller is sold 'As Is' and that the Seller had not agreed to or promised any type of guarantee or warranty, whether expressly written or implied, the Buyer also agree that Seller shall not be responsible for any defects, repairs or other costs that may be associated with the listed vehicle being sold by the Seller to the Buyer. Both the Buyer and the Seller agree that the terms of the sale of the vehicle do not contain any other commitments, covenants or promises other than those contained in the terms of this bill of sale contract.
