This auction is for a NON RUNNING 2006 Triumph Speed Triple. I bought this from a friend who parked it outside under a tree for a year. It ran when parked, however the fuel went bad while in storage. Took the bike to a shop, fuel drained, and it fired up. Shop recommended a complete tune up and i agreed...this is where the problem now lies. When removing the spark plugs only 2 came out intact, the third snapped off in the head. They attempted to remove the broken plug with an easy out which is now stuck in the piece of broken plug in the head. Called me and said come get the bike, we cant fix it from here....great. Im told the head has to come off to get the piece out, or just a better mechanic. That being said, the rest of the bike is in overall good condition. Doesn't appear to have been dropped. It does need all 4 directional signals, there is power to them but the mounts are toast. The seat cover took a beating from the weather as shown in the photo. Other than that its all there with a clear South Carolina title. Bike is being sold in AS IS / NON RUNNING CONDITION / PROJECT. Shipping is buyers responsibility however I will assist any way I can. Local delivery possible for a fee. Need it gone, too many projects.
