BRIEF DESCRIPTION: this trucks been in Az pretty much its whole life about the most rust and rot free un restore F100 you can probably find for the low reserve we are selling it for. Az has been hard on the plastic and interior, but the body is pretty amazing for its age. It did sit for about a yr but you hop in it and it fires right up. Ive driven it around some and brakes etc all work fine. (email us for updates or just keep checking at the bottom of the description for updates too) ILL LIST THE CORRECT VIN on MONDAY too DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, apparently some people who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules. These cars are getting harder to find esp in this condition that are still affordable to most buyers. DRIVETRAIN: this truck now has a Ford 351M motor the best I can tell matted to an FMX Auto 3 spd trans and 9" rearend. INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, the interior of this car is pretty well worn out and probably the first thing you would want to repair. Fix the interior and take care of all the mechanics and drive it the way it is. EXTERIOR: the body pretty straight for its age, but this is a 90% rust FREE AZ desert survivor. Most of the trim all there, think I saw a few pcs's missing. Nothing major at all. Glass all good, but windshield has a good size smack. Windows and doors all work . The original color code is X which is Goldenrod How cool is that. Rust is pretty mild and the rot anywhere is minimal too SUSPENSION: the suspension looks normal from what I can see .. but old. We didnt hear any weird noises or clunks while moving around to the store. Works okay as is, but Im sure will need repairs soon due to ite age. Truck will come on stock style steel 15" wheels and roller tires The Billet style 17" wheels and tires you see on it are OPTIONAL to the WINNER for an reasonable added cost. They DONT COME WITH THE TRUCK for the winning bid. Minimal rust under the car, making taking this car apart, almost a breeze !! People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end. Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days speaks volumes. Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what sort of surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating. People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers. Brakes work too. Trans shifts fine. The original gas tank needs cleaning and there isan aftermarket fuel cell in the bed, and the truck is running off that for now. ALSO, front windshield is cracked, Ill check rest of the glass on Monday. Ill have ALL the pics fixed by Monday evening or Tues latest.
