This 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury is an eye catcher. Prior restoration was done 15+ years ago including painting all over. Since then the previous owner had vehicle in storage for the past 11 years. The vehicle is all original with the exception of the exterior color was changed from White to Light Blue. This was a fully loaded model with a Commando 383 Big Block, 3 speed console shift automatic, power front and rear windows, power driver's seat, A/C, "Auto Pilot" cruise control and front bucket seats. In it's current condition it runs, drives and shifts great for it's age and is a real head turner for trips around town. I have taken it on occasion to trips around 100-120 miles round trip with no issues. I purchased the vehicle with the intent to keep it and fix it up slowly but with the arrival of our first child, my priorities have changed. I am listing everything that I know about that has been done as well as what I know is needed. Work recently done: -Brake lines replaced and brakes serviced -Dual exhaust replaced with Flowmaster mufflers-Engine tune up done including: spark plugs, Accel plug wires, cap, rotor, Accel coil, ignition module (upgraded to 70's style)-Water pump replaced and coolant flushed-Interior thoroughly cleaned and vinyl reconditioned-New front and rear chrome bumpers-Transmission fluid flush-Exterior paint reconditioned, polished and waxed The Bad: It is not a perfect car with a fresh restoration but it is a pretty solid car and a great place to start. I've listed the issues that I've noticed and were on my personal list of things to do. I will be providing some parts with the sale as well. - Wiper motor not working- Rear power windows are not working (additional window motor provided with sale)- A/C compressor is seized (additional compressor provided with sale)- Driver's seat vinyl and headliner both need replacement due to wear- One of the front turn signals needs a new housing- There is some hard to notice rust in front of the rear wheels / rocker area on both sides (shown in pictures)- There is some denting on the passenger fender and door (shown in pictures)- Also has minor rust to the trunk floor, underside of hood and underside of trunk. All looks easily repairable. - Driver's seat adjustment motor not working- Someone installed an oil pressure gauge in the console where a decorative piece was- No sound from radio On Jul-20-16 at 19:35:41 PDT, seller added the following information: This model is LOADED with rare options:*Commando 383 Big Block*A727 Torqueflite 3 Speed Automatic*Power Steering and Brakes*Air Conditioning*"Auto Pilot" Cruise Control*Power Front and Rear Windows*Power Adjustable Driver's Seat*Front Bucket Seats with Center Console Sport Shifter The title is clear and a VIN history report has been ran to verify mileage. On Jul-25-16 at 17:51:56 PDT, seller added the following information: CORRECTION: The ignition module was not replaced. The part that was replaced and upgraded with a newer style was the voltage regulator. The vehicle also has a brand new alternator
