I bought this bike several years ago to be my first motorcycle after getting my endorsement. I have enjoyed it a great deal, but I am moving soon and I need to sell it before the move. It has very low mileage and can serve as an excellent first bike for a new rider. It is a fun cross between a street and standard style bike and is not difficult to ride. The seat is adjustable to three different positions to fit any rider. The bike is in need of no repairs whatsoever and is ridden regularly. It has no scrapes, dings, or dents, and has never been dropped at speed or crashed in any way. Both the front and rear tires and breaks are new last season. It is garaged every winter. The bike is registered in the state of Vermont and will need to be inspected upon purchase. The bike does not have saddlebags, however, it is equipped with rails on both sides for a buyer who has an interest in purchasing and installing standard BMW rigid saddlebags. I have no title for the bike, but upon purchase, the buyer will receive a bill of sale as well as a signed registration card which also serves as a notice of the transfer of ownership. This is in accordance with VT law as the state does not title vehicles that are older than 15 years but newer than 25. Mileage - Please note that the bike is currently being used. The pictures were taken on the day this auction started and show the mileage as 20,979, however, I have listed 21,100 as the official mileage because my usage will not exceed that amount, but it will be more than 20,979. Shipping - The buyer will be responsible for arranging shipping or pickup, however, if you are unable to do so yourself I am willing to deliver the bike up to 100 miles from Plattsburgh, NY where it is located currently at the rate of $1.00 per mile. Please note that any arrangements of this kind will have to be made outside of the auction setting in a private message. The buyer must take delivery by 7/27/16. Payment - Payment can be made in cash, by personal check, or cashier's check. A deposit of $500 through Paypal is required within two days of the close of the auction.The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that payment is tendered at, or before pickup either by themselves or by a delivery company.
