I purchased this car in 2012 from an Ebay Motors dealer in Houston, TX with 73,000 miles on it. Very rare ZHP performance package, this package was offered for the 01-06 330 models at a cost of $3900. Please do some research on just how exciting this ZHP package is. The car is in excellent condition, of course it has some rock chips and some curb rash on some of the rims but it has never been in an accident. This car has been garage kept since I purchased. This e46 is an absolute joy to drive. It is a consistent head turner and I average 27mpg on the highway. I have had the car serviced at BMW dealers including Voss Village in Springboro, OH and Erhard in Farmington, MI. I have an extensive list of repairs all dealer serviced. This car was garage kept all last winter and is fully up to date on service and preventive maintenance. In 2015 I had the convertible roof hydraulics and mechanism replaced. Top functions as brand new. Full disclosure: There are chips on the front lower end and top of the hood near roundel. Several small door dings on passenger and driver side. Headliner "batwings" have failed and the cable connecting these has loosened. I have not had this repair done as yet. New headliner installed at Erhard- $850. I have researched buying one and having an independent shop complete. This does not impede the top mechanism in any way.
