1970 Torino 351c hidden headlights car, c4 auto column shift, 9" rear, New Interior competition orange and black, new rear tires and 15"x 7.5 wheels all way around tires on front 80% new, rebuilt 351c with 4v quench heads, Eledebrock intake, Holley 600 carb, Holley electric fuel pump, new Elgin pro-stock cam, new lifters, 351c bored 30 over, decked 10, crank turned 10/10, new bearings, freeze plugs, custom made headers for column shift car, Front disc brake conversion kit, all new bushings in front end, Air shocks in rear, new hoses and belts thru out, Petronics conversion distributor pickup, cap and coil, Accel plug wires, new spark plugs, new starter, new solenoid, new Napa big Blue Regulator, New column mounted tach, console mounted oil, water and temp gauges, custom console with cup holders, New GT grant steering wheel. GT rocker panels, original jack and stand. THE BAD, New engine either spun a rod or crank bearing, It will crank but it you can hear it knock, I wouldn't try to drive it. I pulled the oil pan and the block seems to be ok from just a visual exam. The paint job is ok, it was done in my garage, I could buff it an make it look better, but it needs to be re-done and I just don't have the time to do it right now, Just being honest here, looks good from a distance when clean. Been in my shop for almost 14months. This is where I'm at. I have been working on this car for over 2yrs and I just want do something else, my job just takes up to much of my time. I want to move the Torino out my way, I don't to want it give it away, the car is to rare and there isn't many of these left. I Don't own anything on the car, so it can sit in my shop until I decide to do something else with it. They only made the Hidden headlight car about a year,, 1970-1971 early broughams. It has all the original vacuum accessories and a new vacuum NOS control valve I bought. Power steering, power brakes, AC is missing, but Dash has the control valve. I have some spare parts that goes with the car, I have the original rear window trim, front grill trim, Torino grill emblem, fender trim for wheel openings, original steering wheel plus a few more parts. I am accepting serious offer for this car, someone that is enthused as I was when I started could complete this car for a couple of thousand and have a great unique ride.
