2000 VW Jetta GLS VR6 2.8L V-6 with 196,488 miles. It's a very sporty car and fun to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. I purchased this for my adult son in early December 2015, when his previous car's engine failed. He just upgraded to a newer car, so this is up for sale. It has approximately 5,000 miles since inspection. I have clear title in hand. The good: it runs strong, drives well, and stops. It has power windows & locks, as well as a power moonroof. Front tires are fair, rear tires are good. PA inspected through the end of December. Very minor surface rust, as shown in photos. No rust-through at all. Very solid car, and looks nice, too! The bad: Needs minor TLC... Check engine light is on for the torque converter shift module. You'd never know there was an issue. ABS and Traction Control lights are on. Most likely a bad wheel sensor. Brake Warning light comes on randomly when driving - flashes and beeps. Brakes still function properly. After reading several forums, it's a common complaint. Right front brake rotor is warped. You can feel it pulsating when stopping. Power steering hose leaks. Power steering works properly, when filled. Inside driver's door pull is broken off. Windshield is cracked on the lower passenger side. Does not affect PA inspection. AC needs recharged. Needs a good cleaning. Car is located in Clarendon, PA 16313, but can be brought to my residence in Warren, PA 16365 for pick-up. Can also assist with delivery within 200 miles, once the car is paid for. It is currently registered, inspected, and insured. I require a non-refundable $500 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction end, unless you will be completing the transaction within that time. Title can be transferred at a local notary most weekdays at buyer's expense.
