FORD F-150 4X4 207xxx V8 5.4L Truck runs and drives. New all-weather tires put on this past Spring with 85% tread left. Key-less Entry / anti-theft. Alternator has been replaced along with Manifold gasket. Vehicle passed down from my Father. It does need some work. ENGINE LIGHT is on. Reporting misfire in Cylinder #4. Head Gasket leak / blow. Body damage on driver's side (see photos). The side accent / style stripping has been removed. Truck bed extender is functional but missing the right plastic knob.
