I purchased this van in 1992 it had the fuel injected 2.0L at that time. In 1994 I had decided to have the body restored, all windows, lights and hardware had been taken off and what few rust holes had been replaced with steal by a professional body shop and then repainted. "THIS IS NOT A BONDO BUGGY" In 1996 I had purchased a house and the van went into storage until 2001 when I had the engine replaced with a rebuilt long block from AVP out of Rio Linda, CA. at that time I decided to remove the fuel injection and add duel Webber 34 ICT. "What a difference that made" also at that time I had gone through the hole drive train except the transmission. "no need there are bullet proof" New drums, rotors, calipers, brake lines and hoses, CV joints and boots, and also a new fuel tank. Sorry if I am getting long winded but I believe this needs to be explained. Life took off with family and kids and again the bus went into storage until three months ago when again I am starting on building a new house and that is why I am selling. needless to say having a vehicle sit in storage for 15 years is not a good thing. I once again have replaced the fuel tank, fuel lines, rebuilt the carbs, rear brakes, front calipers, new e brake lines +++. just so you know when I had replaced the engine and then put it back in storage I had put less then 50 miles on the new engine. This bus runs and drives "EXCELENT" If you are looking for a excellent foundation to build up or just drive then this is for you. you can see in the photos the condition. there is a silver dollar size hole under the front right wheel well. other then that just surface rust. In 1993 I had put in the sound system 12" Punch Rockford Fosgate subs, Alpine 7517 Digital FM/AM Cassette. that can be equipped with a CD Shuttle if you can still find one. Alpine 6X9 in the rear and 6X6 in the front doors along with Boston Acoustics tweeters on the dash." WHAT A SOUND" I have the owners manuals for all the sound system and the car manual. along with the receipt for the long block.
