I have this 74 vert for sale that needs work I don't want to get into. So here's the deal:I have a 65 356C Porsche with a modified engine to 1776 with a 3/4 cam and I wanted a convertible bug with the same engine, minus the high-tech aluminum block that my Porsche has. So this engine was built by Trafton's of Portland, OR and it's a 1776 with a full cam and I added a pair of Weber carbs to it. I also had the crank counter-balanced to match what is in my Porsche. It's a powerful engine with a few too many oil leaks - just telling the truth! It hasn't been started for sometime but I'm confident it won't take much to start it. The bad news is that the floor pans have major rust issues. I bought 2 new floor quarter panels but they're not installed. The body is straight and sanded for a new paint job. Chrome rims, tires good. All the parts that appear missing come with the car plus a new set of black interior panels. As you can see the right rear fender was replaced but it was off by one year so the tail light hole needs to be enlarged - probably.
