I have had this beauty for three years. I flew from Colorado to the Bay Area to buy it - it was that nice. Since then, I did a few tasteful mods, mostly around breathing more efficiently, and replace anything on the interior that showed any wear at all. It has never been hit and is totally rust-free. Even though the car sports MT plates, it lives in Boulder, CO. Note that it doesn't have a cat - emissions aren't required in MT.This is a No Reserve Auction, by the way! The previous owner was an adult and certainly not a car nut. He put some gauges in, which I subsequently removed. I am an adult and a Mechanical Engineer. The car has never been "launched" or put through other abuses. The car has around 2000 miles on a full lubricant change. This is the nicest Evo 8 MR that you will find, anywhere. If you are a smart buyer, you already know that most Evos have a zillion mods, and rarely an integrated package of them. Other Evo owners want a zillion horsepower and they don't care if it makes this only above 5000 rpms. You got your number, but now your car is undrivable around town! This car dyno'd at 310 locally, and that is at 5000' altitude. This car seldom has seen the light of day, literally. The previous owner kept it garaged, and I kept it garaged under a cover. Someone that appreciates all this clearly will be the next owner. I have put 3000 miles on the car since I bought it. It is quiet (thanks to the resonator) - I can't stand those deafening exhaust systems! I confess my interests have gone to other makes of car since I bought it, hence the low mileage.
