First time ever offered to the public for sale. The 1969 model T120R is the quintessential Bonneville to own! To many fellow collectors, this is THE Triumph to have. Bike is a frame up, full restoration and has been on display in a private, climate controlled collection ever since. Basically in pristine condition. Clear and clean Indiana title showing 4977 Actual miles, in my name for easy transfer. The bike only had 4550 original miles on it before restoration. A mere 428 miles have been clocked since the restoration was completed including Smiths clocks. Proper numbers matching machine. All original tins painted the proper colors (Scarlet/Silver) using correct Don Hutchinson paints. NO flaws in the paint! NO chips, NO scratches that I have found. Complete new wiring harness with Boyer electronics for reliability. All correct warning labels throughout Brand new Amal 930 carbs in 2014 from Coventry. I added some fresh fuel, petcocks and a new battery to it today for the first time in several years and it started on the first kick stone cold after a couple of "tickles". Runs and drives FANTASTIC! Smooth, well balanced twin! Clutch plates were a bit"sticky" from storage. They need some run time on them. A bit wet sumped too from storage but typical. Few dribbles of oil out of the vent tube. Transmission works/shifts very nicely! A true pleasure to ride however. Considering the caliber of this Triumph Bonneville, the price has been set accordingly.
