We are selling "Sprinty", our 2011 Mercedes Sprinter. We have 5 young children and have used the van exclusively as our summer adventure vehicle. Last summer we spent 8 weeks surfing/exploring the PCH from Vancouver down to San Diego. And the summer before we camped/ drove the East Coast from Cape Hatteras, along the way out Long Island to the top of Nova Scotia. We purchased Sprinty from a diesel mechanic from LA that bought it at auction from the bank. The original owner was a limousine company and we left the "Wherever Limousine" logo on the right rear. She is a 144" wheelbase high top. We've added a brush guard to protect the front, rear ladder and roof racks. We've also added a Viper alarm, Pioneer DEH-X3710UI head unit, and backup camera. We built a custom bed/pantry/dresser/bag storage unit that is removable (see photo). It is currently not installed and is included with the van if the buy wants it. The bed is a full foam mattress from Mattress Firm cut down to 54". The van is currently configured with the normal 12 seat passenger setup. There is normal wear and tear on the interior. The locations that exceed normal wear include water spots on the roof liner near the A/C. We had the infamous gasket leak from this model Sprinter with auxiliary roof A/C. The dealership here in Austin did a poor job with the original replacement and put all new parts in (but didn't replace the liner). There is also a dent that was banged out on the bottom of the left side just in front of the back tire (see photo). We do currently have some squeaking from the front shocks that need to be replaced, but we are switching to the new 4x4 platform so don't want to invest anymore at this time. We just completed the thorough "B" maintenance at the dealership so Sprinty is running in great shape. We hope she can provide some new adventures for another family.
