1976 Elsinore MT250. Everything works. I bought this from my neighbor about a month ago and have been working on it off and on since. Starts great and runs well at speeds above 40 but it stumbles at lower speeds and I've run out of ideas to fix it. Also, it's a little loud for my wife. Time to pass it along to someone who knows more about two strokes. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd put it at a 6 or 7.
