Up for auction is a one owner 2001 Ford F150 XL two wheel drive regular cab longbed truck with 42,847 original miles. This truck is equipped with a 5.4L EFI V8 gasoline engine, 4-speed overdrive automatic transmission, air conditioning, AM/FM stereo cassette radio, power 4 wheel disc brakes, 4 wheel ABS, power steering, interval wipers, driver and passenger airbags, class III trailer towing package and 7700 pound GVWR package. The truck is also equipped with a lumber rack, two lumber rack ratchet tie down straps, two amber beacon lights and three aluminum tool boxes. It has a GVWR rating of 7,700 lbs and a 139” wheelbase. The vehicle condition is consistent with most used work vehicles. The paint is peeling on the tailgate (see pictures) and the body does have some dings and scratches. The truck runs and drives well and has not been involved in any accidents. It’s a rust free California vehicle that still retains its original factory paint. On the inside the seat, dash pad, door panels and headliner are in good condition. The truck has two new tires and new front brakes. The transmission was replaced at 28,000 miles. Everything works on the truck including the A/C. The truck comes with a clear California title and just passed a California smog test inspection (inspection report included). The vehicle is sold without license plates. This truck is owned and operated by a municipality and has always received routine preventive maintenance service. Included with the truck are the original window sticker, owner’s manual and service/repair records dating back to 2001. This vehicle comes with all items shown in the pictures and a spare wheel/tire. No other parts or accessories come with this vehicle. Scheduled inspections of the vehicle may be made prior to the close of the auction. Full payment is due within seven (7) days from close of auction. The vehicle will not be released until payment has been received and cleared.
