1984 Chevrolet Blazer K5 This 1984 Chevrolet Blazer K5 is a truly amazing completely rust free survivor. The Blazer was purchased new on March 4th 1984 in Portland Oregon and stayed within the same family in Oregon until it was brought to Idaho. It has been extremely well taken care of over the past 32 years being maintained as needed. The engine starts right up and runs strong just as it should. The automatic transmission shifts nice and crisp through the gears and is a pleasure to drive on the freeway with having the overdrive. It drives nice and straight with no slop in the steering or pulling to either side when braking. Everything is in full functioning condition including headlights, running lights, turn signals, brake lights, horn, wipers, courtesy lights, heater, defrost, radio, electric choke, cigarette lighter, and all gauges. The interior has been kept in such wonderful condition with very minimal wear as you can see from the pictures. The exterior shines and is very presentable for its age with minimal paint imperfections from the past 32 years of driving. Just a few years after they had purchased the Blazer they had the dealership body shop add the silver strip along with the blue accents for some added color. Then the modular aluminum wheels and running boards were added shortly after giving this Blazer the 80's look that it still has today. At the very last of the photos you will see the vehicle report I had run on the Blazer. I have the original owners manual and two sets of keys as well.I have several receipts for the most recent work done to the Blazer including full transmission service, full tune up, new starter, new U-joints, new polyurethane bushings, new steering stabilizer, thrust angle alignment, full brake job new rotors/calipers/bearings, and new battery.
