1976 Lancia Scorpion Barn find. Car is not running but mostly complete, only missing front nose piece. Too much of a project for me to tackle at this time, however there is very little missing and this car even has some of the tools, spare tire, original jack, ect. Surprisingly this car has minimal rust, and the original paint with the only body damage a couple of dents in the drivers side front fender. This car has been off the road for a number of years and has been in storage. The interior is in very good condition considering it has been outside for an unknown length of time. Dash and interior panels are in pretty good shape, the carpet has seen better days. The seats are discolored and dry, but they are not torn and the stitching is still intact. I have not attempted to turn the motor over, however the crankcase oil does not look contaminated. I pulled the spark plugs and put some PB Blaster down the cylinders,but I was concerned about damaging the motor, so I have not touched it. This is either a project or a major parts source. There are not a lot of these in the US, but with the rise in prices of all the Italian cars, it may be worth fixing. Feel free to email me with any questions, I have no history on the car, however the old guy at the garage said he thought it originally came in for a carb or smog problem, and the guy never came back. Sold with a bill of sale only, I have a lien sale title from the garage. This was originally a California car. Car is located in the Napa Valley and buyer will be responsible for picking it up. I can possibly deliver within a reasonable distance from Napa,for an additional charge.
