2001 BMW 740i M Sport Package, Short Wheel Base One of a kind, Imola Red over Black interior VIN# WBAGG83471DN89322 Selling a BMW 740i sport in imola red with black leather interior. A two owner vehicle with the first owner being BMW corporate and then it was purchased as a certified pre-owned in October 2002 As you well know, this is a very rare color for this car and I believe only 7 or so were ever sold in the States in that color combination with the wide Navigation system in 2001. This California car needs to go to a BMW enthusiast that will really appreciate a nice E38 Sport and will baby it like I have. The car has always been professionally maintained and is in excellent shape, super clean in and out. The interior is incredible with immaculate leather. All service records are available. The last major work done was a rebuilt transmission just over two years ago and as recently as two week ago, the alternator was replaced. The sport package included a lower, more responsive suspension, bigger M-Parallel staggered forged wheels (with matching full size spare) Shadowline exterior trim, Steptronic shiftable 5-speed automatic transmission, a quicker final drive ratio, Contour 18 way adjustable sport seats with 3 driver’s memory settings, a thicker 3-spoke M-Sport steering wheel, a beefier exhaust note, and a few other minor details. Rock chip on the lower corner on the driver side windshield (barely noticeable) and the upper trim cracking. 4.
