I bought this Fusion new in December 2010. I drove it directly to Altech-Eco in North Carolina for an EPA-certified conversion to bi-fuel. It runs on either CNG or gasoline. The CNG system has been and continues to be trouble free. The driver can select either fuel. If you select CNG, it uses the CNG first until empty and then it automatically switches to gasoline.On Mar-13-16 at 07:57:43 PDT, seller added the following information: I just looked the value of this vehicle on kbb.com. A private party sale and very good condition puts the value of this car at $6487. That is what it is worth as before the CNG conversion. This car comes with a $6000 natural gas system. Now, I know some natural gas conversions are better than others. The fact is that I am a Ford engineer with extensive natural gas vehicle experience. I own three natural gas vehicles and I fill at home with a FuelMaker. This vehicle was converted to operate on either natural gas or gasoline by Altech-Eco, who in my informed opinion is the best CNG converter in the business. Ford Motor has the following authorized CNG converters of their vehicles: Altech-Eco, Landi-Renzo, Westport-Dallas (who bought BAF, Impco, BRC, Natural Drive, EvoTek, FuelMaker, ...). My home gas price, including all taxes is $1 per gallon gasoline equivalent. The electricity to compress the gas is $0.32 per gasoline gallon equivalent. The deal is that you can buy this vehicle for approximately the private party sale value and get the $6000 natural gas conversion system for free.
