This nice little van has been in our Park Place family for the last 11-years doing duty as a support vehicle at car shows, rallyes and other events we've put on in support of car collectors and to help us advertise Park Place -- "A Marina for Cars". She runs like a top, completely stock (although paint color may not have been a factory offering). No rust whatsoever, truck has been stored in our temp-humidity-controlled facility since we've owned it. We'd keep it were it not for the fact that we're selling the business. The decal is just that and will readily come off to be replaced (optional of course) or left blank for the new owner.
