You are bidding on a very clean (just one notch below mint) ’78 911SC. It was a California car until 2000 when I brought it to NC. I've known the guy I bought it from for over 20 years, and he was a fanatic. He always had it garaged and covered (cover included in the sale). It has been garaged in NC for the 15 years I’ve owned it. It has never been driven in the winter (no salt), so absolutely no rust anywhere. All expected mods (ie. pop-off valve, chain tensioner) have been done. The car had dealer A/C installed (documented in the original owner’s manual), body lowered, rear 7s wheels moved to the front and new 8s put on the rear. The fenders were professionally rolled to gain the necessary clearance. There’s obvious driver's seat wear from 38 years of driving, but other wear items are in great shape (no cracks in the dash and armrest have very minor bowing) (the headliner does have a minor tear in the sunroof). The paint is original and you can see it still shines! The electric windows and locks are after-market and I still have the window lift handles if you wanted to go back to original.
