This is a rare coupe and an original low mileage car . Finished in Hellrot II red with Tanin Red leather two tone interior with brushed aluminum trim the interior is striking . It is powered with the M54 3.0 6 cylinder engine and has the 5 speed automatic transmission ( Has the Tiptronic transmission )with precise shifting you would expect from this well engineered BMW sports coupe . I purchased it last year for my Daughter to drive and it is a little to small for her . It has been a local Long Island car since new , its first owner was in possession till 26,420 miles and sold it in 2006 to the second owner I purchased it from and the car currently as 76,100 miles . It has been adult enthusiast owned ( as only one of these cars would be ) and hope the next owner will share the passion of ownership . It has no modifications to it , and has been serviced and cared for . It has a very clean interior showing little wear , full functional car with everything working . The body is clean but is 15 years old and has a few chips/scuffs but no dents . The clear coat on the roof has a spot forward f the sunroof . The engine performs well , no issues . I replaced a few items at my mechanics advice to bring it up to high driver reliability and after replacing brakes the brake light is on , but the OEM pads and senors were replaced but my service station does not have the scan tool to reset the light . The ABS works properly and brakes are new , as I also replaced the anti-freeze fluid and reservoir tank , lower ball joints and a few other items like cabin filters , etc. Oil changes have been Synthetic , and car was serviced at a highly regarded BMW service dealer ( Rallye Motors ) Car is very exotic looking and can be driven home . I was going to wait till Spring to sell but we caught a brake in the weather with almost 60 today so I photoed car as is , not detailed or cleaned up just as it sits during this winter so the car is shown raw , a good cleaning would make this car awesome .All books , manuals , and both sets of keys as well as the original C.D.video are present .
