Vehicle Detail

For Sale: 1966 Chrysler 300 Selling my 1966 Chrysler 300 Hard Top Sedan. Car is 99.99% original with a great garage kept history. This car is unmolested and the only work that has been done to it has been to make it a reliable daily driver. I have the clean title in hand, car is screaming for a new owner. -Car was purchased new in 1968 and driven till 1986. This was a New York car that spent it's winters at a second home in Florida never seeing salt or snow. -Has original 440 motor and 727 transmission, runs and pulls strong!According to the original owners it was never wrecked and has never been repainted. Paint has some age, chips, dents, but overall absolutely amazing for 1968 car. No damage other then a dent in the front right fender. -Car was parked, garaged, and not driven from 1986 till 2012. -Since 2012: -The motor was pulled cleaned and hit with some touch up paint. -A Hughes 111 degree (219,228 @ .50) cam was installed -New lifters, valve springs, valve seals -New water pump -New timing chain installed -New shocks -Alternator rebuilt, hit with some touch up paint -Distributor rebuilt, new points -New belts -New tires -New brake hoses -New brakes, turned rotors -New rear axle bearings, new axle seals -Carb rebuilt -New washer fluid tank -Original radiator re-cored -All new coolant hoses -New exhaust from the y pipe back -Front bumper replaced with new old stock -New headliner -New carpet -New high torque starter (still have the original, spun over slow especially when warm) -New coolant overflow tank -Power steering pump rebuilt-Car has some interesting options -Has rare AM/FM radio with seek function, also there is a button on the floor for seek (picture included), yep one is seek and the other is high beam -Has oem rear racing seat belt clips (I guess with a 440 you don't want them flopping around in the back?) I have quite a bit of documentation to go with the car as well, lot's of receipts, 1960's registrations, 1960's glove compartment maps, etc. The only thing not included with the car are the current license plates. The car needs nothing, I don't want to sell it but I have to make room for another project (the 1966 c10 in the photo background). The car has one quirk where it where the horn will honk when turning left and using the signal. The radio will also randomly cut in and out, my guess is that the fuse is loose. I might fix both before the car is sold if time permits. I tried to take as many pictures as I could, if you have any questions please send me a message or give me a call or text at (804) 229-5086 between 9-5 (EST). The car is located in Chesterfield, VA right outside of Richmond, VA. I and am able to show it almost any day or time as I work from home. If you are the winning bidder and plan on having it shipped I will gladly work with your carrier or broker. I have used uShip here on eBay previously and the prices weren't that bad. I also recorded a short video of the car so you could hear how it sounds. Click Here Deposit is required within 48 hours of auction close. Final payment will be accepted by cash, postal money order or cashiers check from a well known national bank that I can directly cash here in Richmond before the car departs (one way or another I will have cash in my hand, scammers please don't waste my time).
