This MDX has been owned by us since new and has been serviced at an ACURA or a Honda dealer since new. We will provide ALL service receipts to the Buyer. This MDX has 175,650 original miles and is currently one of our family's "Daily Drivers". This MDX is sold in "AS-IS Condition" and is sold with NO WARRENTY. No Refunds. By bidding on this MDX, Buyer represents that they have read this Auction Listing in its entirety and has carefully review all the attached photos. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES:1. This MDX DID NOT pass it's recent Missouri State Vehicle Inspection due to needing a power steering hose replacement and replacing the Rack and Pinion Steering Rack, both due to power steering fluid leaks. We were quoted approximately $1,700.00 to get these items repaired in order to pass its inspection and we've chosen not to make these repairs at this time.2. In addition to item #1 above, this MDX has an oil leak at the oil pump. (This MDX uses about a quart of oil between oil changes).3. The six (6) Disc CD changer DOES NOT WORK. In addition to ALL the regularly scheduled maintenance services (per maintenance schedule) done at an ACURA dealer and a Honda dealer, we want to highlight three (3) very important service items that have been completed:A: The Timing Belt Service was done May 27, 2008 at 88,513 miles.B: The MDX's original transmission was rebuilt by AAMCO Transmissions in Brentwood, Missouri on August 25, 2014 at 170,300 miles (at a cost of $3,077.66) and has only 5,350 miles on the rebuilt transmission. Also, AAMCO replaced the engine's rear main oil seal at that time. C: All Four (4) tires were replaced November 21, 2014 with Michelin Latitud Tour Tires (at a cost of $1,008.15) at 171,000 miles and only have 4,650 miles on them since new. As you'll see in the photos, these very nice and expensive Michelin Tires are like new! While this MDX has been a "Daily Driver", it has morphed into a "spare car roll" since August of 2014.
