Believe me when I say 30's cars are usually scary to drive at speed, however this excellent Hot Rod was modified with a Camaro front clip, the original X frame and has a GM rear end (either from a Chevelle or Cutlass according to the previous owner) is an absolute blast to drive! You can easily do the speed limit (70mph here in Florida) with ease! Temperature stays at a constant 185 degrees both in city and highway driving which is phenomena! It's apparent the builder of this car truly knew how to build a hot rod that was fast, handled great and was adequately set up for cooling! In terms of power this beast is powered by a "Oldsmobile Rocket" replica 327 V8. This is a fully bolted on engine with Edelbrock intake manifold, Holley 4 barrel high performance carb, tubular headers the list goes on and on! It is an absolute beast and sounds like one too! It is also set up with both a mechanical and e-fan for adequate cooling, high perf aluminum radiator, and Moroso extra capacity oil pan...all things to keep this beast nice and cool even in extreme Florida heat. It's paired to a stout overdrive transmission that makes highway driving effortless. Handling is easy with power steering and power brakes with a front disk conversion. I can't stress enough how great this car drives! That is the focal point of this car...aside from the constant attention you will get. It is loaded with options such as power windows, Pioneer head unit with am/fm radio and USB connectivity, power seats, leather interior with plenty of cup holders too. You can fit 4 grown adults in this car with ease. The trunk has a good amount of space and even has a fire extinguisher compartment and a functional rear light. All in all this is an awesome Hot Rod / Rat Rod mix straight metal and nice paint. This car does not have a headliner installed but does come with the needed bows already installed. One can be installed for a nominal charge. Car does come with an Oldsmobile brochure for that model year. Hot Rods are absolutely surging in value as their original counterparts are dropping.
