Here is your opportunity to buy one of the best looking Ford body styles with, in my opinion, the best diesel engine ever put in a Ford truck. This is a great 7.3 Powerstroke 4x4 diesel truck! This is a very desirable configuration and the availability of low mileage, clean, unmolested, 7.3 diesels are getting fewer and fewer every day making this an extremely hard truck to find.Ford essentially opened a whole new segment of loyal customers when the 7.3 Powerstroke diesel was introduced in the mid 90's. Even the non diesel crowd will know that the 7.3 is the motor to have. These trucks boast a great combination of power, reliability, mileage and longevity. It can tow your RV to your favorite family camping destination and yet is affordable enough to drive every day unlike many big gas motor trucks. I just love the way this truck looks, it has really great body lines and a tough, rugged, stance to it. This really is the last of the traditional trucks with the modern day convenience options where durability and reliability were of very high standards. I talk to people all the time that bought the latest and greatest in the diesel world and still regret parting with their 7.3 powerstroke turbo diesel. They miss their 7.3 truck and say that Ford would own the diesel segment if they wouldn't have tried to change what worked so well. It has lots of modern convenience items to keep it a very comfortable truck to drive but doesn't have a lot of silly, useless, high tech stuff to worry about. My Powerstroke has lots of the preferred options you would want in a truck. On the inside it has tilt wheel, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, nice XLT cloth upholstery, and the original Ford factory AM/FM cassette. Nobody has even messed with the radio, so if you are wanting a great stock 7.3 Powerstroke diesel, you are looking at the right ad. It is equipped with dual fuel tanks, so you can be on the road, not at the gas station. There are a couple of non factory aftermarket extras that come with the truck. It is equipped with a trailer brake controller and has airbags installed as well as a receiver hitch with a standard 7 way trailer plug. It does have some side steps for easier entry that could be removed, but it does make it easier for those of us who aren't 20 years old to get in and out of the truck. It has no holes in the bed, has drop in plastic bed liner and stainless steel bed side rail caps. This truck has an extremely straight body with a nice shiny gloss to the paint. There are only a couple of very minor visual cosmetic flaws on the body consisting of a small ding in the right rear wheelwell (thumbnail size ding), small bb size ding on the lower driver's side cab corner (very small bb size), and a very small imperfection on the midlle of the driver's door just below the side glass. The disclosed damage is very minor and hard to photograph due to it's minimal imperfections. The paint is not broken on any of these and could probably be repaired by a paintless dent removal company. These are all very minor imperfections that probably wouldn't even be brought up except for on a truck this close to perfect and are shown in the pictures for you to study. Honestly the pictures do not do this truck justice, I believe it is quite a bit nicer in person than the pictures show. Overall the body and paint are in really nice condition for a 4x4 this age and to be described as anything short of amazing is a shame. It is a very nice truck and you will not be disappointed with this one. The truck runs and drives excellent and has no known mechanical problems. It has nice mud/snow A/T tires with about 60% tread and the tires are wearing evenly. No cupping or inconsistent wear, nice driving and not much road noise for an A/T tire. This truck drives down the road very nice and straight. No pulls to either direction while driving or braking. It has a very nice solid feel to it, fantastic running strong motor, and the transmission shifts great. The transfer case shifts in/out of 4wd smooth and works properly. Interior is in exceptional condition throughout minus a small hairline crack on the driver's door panel, see pictures below. There are no rips, tears, stains, burns, or funny odors. There is very minimal wear on the inside as to be expected with anything "not brand new" but was obviously well cared for as the condition is what I would call outstanding for a truck like this. New loaded diesel 4x4's are around $70k these days and I think this is a better built truck that will give the new owner many years of trouble free service. This is an amazing truck that you could search for a very long time and not find one this nice. I have no doubt that the winning bidder is going to be a very happy and proud new owner of this truck.
