I bought this car with a bad transmission because I already had a good engine and transmission (for sale on ebay). I was intending to put my good engine in this car until the mechanic told me it would not work because this car had a CVT transmission and the spare I had was a standard 4 speed automatic. Rather than try and convert the engine over I told him to stop. I paid 1500 for this car because the body and interior was in such great shape and the engine ran fine too. This car is sitting at the mechanics shop with the engine removed. If someone buys it for over $500 I will throw in the old transmission and engine to go with it.. but again the transmission did not shift. Good luck and happy bidding.
