Thank you for looking at our machine. ATV: This ATV is a 2005 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4 utility ATV. This ATV is one of the most versatile, well-rounded ATVs on the market. It all starts with the 400cc class four-stroke engine. This engine has plenty of power for work or play and is backed up by the awesome manual shift transmission with forward, neutral and reverse. It even has a Hi/Lo range selection which sorta makes it a 10-speed transmission. This transmission uses a semi-automatic clutch to make shift changes a breeze. You shift gears simply by moving a lever with your foot. Even though you do have to manually switch gears, there is NO clutch lever to operate with your hands. These are the ultimate in ease of use and offer maximum control over what gear your machine is in and stays in. Plus there's no transmission pump to wear out or CVT belts to break. To engage Hi or Lo range, there is simply a lever on the fual tank that you move with your hand. When the terrain gets tough it has 4 wheel drive. When you need 4x4 you only have to flip a lever located on the handlebars. 4WD really adds to the fun and excitement of riding as it allows you to go in more places. No more worrying if you're going to get stuck or not. Steel racks on both ends are standard, it has full floor boards instead of just pegs and this quad has a place in the frame for a trailer hitch ball. These ATV's are plenty big enough to do anything you want yet not huge and heavy like some of the big bore machines. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in great condition. It has 991 miles and runs like the day it was new. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The wheels are in great shape and the tires still look brand new. The plastics are excellent with some normal light trail scratches here and there, but this is a used machine so some should be expected. There are absolutely zero cracks or broken plastic and it obviously hasn't been rolled or wrecked. We have looked all over this for any type of noticeable blemish and the only thing we could really find was some heavier scratches on the right rear fender where something has scratched it at one point or another. This is common and it is purely cosmetic. Overall, this is a very nice machine that will offer whoever buys it a lifetime of enjoyment. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If it ships, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
