Vehicle Detail

1966 Ford Mustang Original Unrestored, original paint, original interior, original A Code engine ( engine build date was Feb. 28th 1966 and car was built Mar. 2nd 1966 ). Sold new in Phoenix Arizona, no rust any where. Mileage is 34817 and title says it is original and it looks like it to me but you decide. I bought the car from the daughter of the original owner who purchased the car March 19th 1966. The car runs good and starts good and has a lot of power, shifts nice. When I got the car it had been setting for years in a carport ( that is why it got that nice pinta ). I rebuilt the brakes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, rubber brake lines, clean and packed the wheel bearings and replaced the wheel seals. I cleaned out the gas tank and replaced the rubber lines and replaced the fuel filters. I installed new water pump and new radiator and upper and lower hoses. I bypassed the heater because I did not want to chance a leak inside the car, I don't know if the heater core would leak but I will replace the heater core later if I don't sell the car. I installed a new battery, New fan belt, Changed the engine oil and filter and greased the car. I replaced the window rollers in both doors and greased the slides. Replaced the Idler arm on the steering. I replaced the rear bumper the old one had a dent in it. All body panels look original. I cleaned some of the under side of the car just so you can see how nice it is with original paint and no undercoating, The fit of all the panels is very nice, doors open and close very nice an easy. Hood and trunk fit very nice. It is hard to believe a car lasted this long with all of it original parts, even the carburetor is original and that never happens. What do you do with it, I like it the way it is. You see restored cars all the time but when do you see a car like this. People that have seen this car can not believe how nice it is after all this time. If you wanted to restore it, it would be easy, little or no body work, no missing parts, runs and drives very good, Don't let this one pass you by, you won't find another. The title is good and in my name. Thanks for looking and good luck. I need a $1000.00 deposit at the end of the auction and the balance paid with in 3 days. The car is sold as is where is. If you have it shipped I will help load or what ever I need to do.On Nov-30-15 at 02:47:54 PST, seller added the following information: Hi, if you need more info please call 520-982-9771 thanksOn Nov-30-15 at 08:44:26 PST, seller added the following information: Hi sorry I forgot that there is a hole in the core support where the battery leakedOn Nov-30-15 at 11:26:51 PST, seller added the following information: no text please, thanksOn Dec-05-15 at 03:49:40 PST, seller added the following information: Hi, I have been asked what that carpet that is in the under car picture is, it is a small piece of carpet that I put on the lift on each of the 4 arms so that I don't damage the car.
