Selling a 2007 Mazda CX7 I have had for about a year and a half now just sitting at my uncles house. I originally bought the car with the intention of putting an engine in it, but never got around to it. He now wants it gone, and I live far from the location where the car is. The SUV has a bad engine. I believe it was from a very common timing chain failure. Mazda extended the warranty on vehicles with this failure to 70,000 miles. Well this car has just under 71,000 miles so they would not do anything for me, or the previous owner. The SUV will need an engine, or this engine will need to be repared. The SUV is in overall good condition. A year and half ago when I bought it, it had relatively new tires. After sitting this long it should be assumed the battery will need charging. Everything else on the SUV worked prior to the failure of the engine. I do not have pictures of the interior, but it is in good shape. No major damage or ripped up seats. It is black cloth interior. The interior is pretty dirty as is the exterior, and will require a good detailing in addition to the engine. Although I am located in Florida the SUV is being stored in Poplarville MS and should be picked up from there. The keys to the SUV are there with the vehicle and the title will be mailed from my dealership to the new owner. I am starting the auction at $1.00 without a reserve in hopes for a quick and smooth transaction. The vehicle is obviously sold AS-IS and returns will not be accepted. I have a clean (lien and damage free) title from the state of Louisiana ready to mail to the new owner at the completion of this transaction. Thanks and good luck!
