****1967 HONDA 305 Scrambler CL77**** You are bidding on a 1967 305 Honda Scrambler CL 77. This bike has been restored over an 8 year period and taken care of respectfully, adult driven and always kept in a garage. I am the second owner of this bike and have done the following work on it: Top and Bottom Engine Rebuilt by The Shop Inc, Milwaukee, WI,…Check them out!Replaced front and rear tires. Both side covers are in great shape with no cracks and they are tight.Replaced old points with electronic ignition, including matching coil/s. The timing purrs like a kitten, no misses, or advance curve issues. Replaced the speedometer as the original had 12,023 miles but would not work. Replacement shows about 22000 miles however that is not accurate. Replaced seat. Bucket epoxy coated to last!Replaced front and rear brake cables.Replaced mirrors, tank badges.Replaced old battery with a sealed lead acid VRLA, AGM type that has a much lower self discharge factor. (Battery won’t discharge as quick when not charged). This bike has the original exhaust and exhaust guards and hardware. There is NO rust on this exhaust. This bike is complete! This bike has one of the original Honda engine designs that is called a twin cylinder vertical tilt. Good scramblers are hard to find and I believe this bike is worthy of any collector’s purchase.
