I have no where to keep this at my house due to a new city ordinance, so it's been sitting at a friend's house for 4 months and its evident I will not be able to bring it to my house and it has to go. It is a running and driving truck. This is a really good buy for someone, because I have no choice but to let it go and probably lose a lot of money on it unfortunately. I've bought vehicles on Ebay and had all good experiences, but I know there is potential for dshonesty when dealing online. I'm not out to rip anyone off. I do request that whoever wins the auction pays a deposit but it is going to be a refundable deposit, for the sole purpose of giving the buyer a little peace of mind, and added protection thru Ebay. But with that, I appreciate if only serious buyers place bids, because I still have to pay a hefty listing fee if the sale falls thru on the buyers end. If you jneed to get quotes for shipping, put the pickup location as Sturgis or Rapid City, SD. I can get the truck to one of those locations, and it will reduce shipping price considerably. THE GOODIt has a new motor with a 20r head for sure, but I'm uncertain if the block is 20r or 22r, Has a Weber carb, rare Offenhauser dual port intake manifold, Pacesetter header, Davis Unified Ignition, and supposedly an aftermarket cam but I don't know the details. 5.29 gears, lift, AT tires, bucket seats, custom front bumper. I was told the gears in the diff and tranny are Marlin. I have no way of knowing or proving this, just passing on info. The truck runs and drives good but does need a little minor work, mostly just from not being driven in a while. Motor has a few thousand miles on it, but no idea of the mileage on the chassis. It very likely does not have 70,000 miles on it like the listing says it does, but the odometer only goes 5 digits. THE BAD:Needs hood latch cable hooked up.Front grill needs put back on.May need a battery soon.Small coolant leak from heater hose on firewall.Small oil seep from valve cover.Some vacuum ports that need blocked off.EGR port on header needs a block off plate.Some of the interior plastics are either broken, missing, or just need put on.Glove box doesn't close, latch is broken.Still has the original radio in it.Radiator fan is currently rigged to run continuously, needs hooked back into relay.Body is pretty straight but it does have some rust, see the pictures.There could be more, but not that I can think of at the moment, these are all the major things. This truck is listed locally as well, so I reserve the right to end the auction early for a local sale.
