Thank you for looking at our 2000 BMW 540-i. We purchased this car from the original owner. First he leased it for three years, then in 2003 he bought it. This car was immaculately cared for by the BMW dealership. Anything that went bad, or anything that was in question on this car was immediately cared for. Over the course of 12 years, he spent almost $43,000 on repairs at BMW. Of course that number is high because he had it serviced at BMW directly, but the new owner knows that he/she is getting a well serviced car that will last them many years to come. Everything was done correctly. All BMW receipts and all paperwork comes with the purchase of this car. The car was just serviced again 1,500 miles ago with some minor repairs and an oil change. Even though this car shifts and drives perfectly, the pressure plate is a little weak. He also said that he would rarely drive this car in the winter because it's too powerful for the snow. If you look underneath the car, you can see it's still like new. There's only one bubble on the whole car, and why that's there is a mystery. The interior of the car still looks like it's in near-new condition. We will also have to collect the tax for your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, and South Carolina.We would like the vehicle picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle, along with a $15 title fee. By Ohio law, we must transfer this title into your name. The reason being is that if we would just send you the title and it was to get lost, there would be a problem. Or if we would send you the title and you didn't transfer it for several years and it got lost, it would be an even bigger problem. We follow the law of our state and will make sure that the title is transferred correctly for all customers.
