Vehicle Detail

So a customer brought this vehicle to us about a year or so ago wrecked. We completed extensive suspension repair to the front, and replaced a battery in order to get the car driving. We also purchased some parts to begin the damage to the front of the car. We replaced the steering rack, inner and outer tie rods are new. Sway bar links, front struts and springs, all control arm, battery, and power steering reservoir. We also purchased the radiator support for the car, front left headlight, replacement front grill, and drivers airbag. The car will need work to the front left aprin to get things to line back up again, new radiator support installed, two fenders need to be purchased, a hood, and front bumper cover. There was ZERO damage to the frame rails. They were not even touched. The wreck did not get into the cooling or AC systems. The vehicle still runs and lot drives. Has extremely low mileage verified by CARFAX. It also has catback exhaust, intake, bully dog computer tuner installed by previous owner. The car has a lien on it. I know this for a fact, but I do not know the lien holder. I do not know the procedure for obtaining title, but I do know Florida is very difficult as far as the procedure goes. I just want my money out of it that I put into the repairs and ultimately did not get paid for. I am willing to supply a bill of sale from my shop to whomever wants it. The car has a 5.7 hemi in it and it purrs like a kitten. Transmission also seems to be shifting well with no slippage. The car has SRT8 seats, cluster, mats, and some badges around it the customer had installed prior to the accident. The car will come with ONE key. You will need to tow the car because although it runs and drives, it probably cant be street legal without a headlight and bumper. Again, the car has no title, and I am making no promises of ability to obtain such. That will be up to you and the laws set forth in your state. I am sure however you would be able to complete the repairs, and file for title through whatever lien procedure exists in your home state as long as you are a legitimate business. Too much red tape for me here though. In conclusion, this car should be assumed for parts in the worst case scenario. I am starting the auction at no reserve, and whatever it brings, it brings. Payment will be due in the form of cash upon pickup of the car. As is no warranties obviously.
