My name is Cory Harris and I took all the pictures you see here. I have been driving this 1992 Toyota Corolla around on errands and such over the past week or so. She starts up every time on the first crank and runs like a gazelle. The transmission responds effortlessly to relaxed and spirited driving. It really is a smooth ride and the seats are comfortable (I'm 5' 8" but I assume that much taller people would also be comfortable driving this as my feet do not reach the pedals with the seat all the way back). The motor is not leaking any fluids and it is quiet. It tracks straight down the road and we had new brakes put on both the front and back so stopping is just as easy as going. It is getting great gas mileage. Even though the speedometer stopped working I have been keeping track with a GPS app on my phone. The gas light was on so I put five gallons of 87 and the gas light has not come back on yet and that was around 130 miles ago. I'm estimating that it is going to get over 30 MPG. We are in a rural area and I typically drive 15 miles one way on an average journey. It still looks good and has the amount of wear and tear one would expect to find on a vehicle with these miles and years on it. This car was painted gold and we believe that it was originally red. The person who traded it in wasn't sure but there are some hints of red under the hood. The face-plate for the stereo is missing and the heat does not work. The air conditioning isn't working either. The heater core is not clogged or blocked and we had the thermostat replaced so it could be somewhere in the vent system such as the diverter but I can only speculate.
