The title is 100% clean. This car has spent its entire life here in Sunny Southern California.................No Rust! Rain, snow, hail, salt roads and cold weather cause all kinds of issues both mechanically and cosmetically. So a California car may appeal to you. I purchased this car from Glendale Dodge, Glendale, Calif. on 7/20/2007. It was sold to me as a guaranteed car with 80,366 miles on it. I have been storing it at my home for the past 8 years. I recently transported it to a reliable mechanic shop nearby in an attempt to get it running again, and I have been told that the mechanical fuel regulator is no good. Rather than spend anymore money on the car, I have chosen to sell it AS-IS and let the next owner fix it . The engine turns over, but is not getting any fuel. Car comes with a hardtop, and the headliner is sagging, and will need to be re-glued. AS-IS Does Not Run! This is a rust free California car.
