Vehicle Detail

Listing is for 2 trucks. Both 1970 Chevy C10 short beds, one fleetside, one stepside. Please read the entire listing. TO BE CLEAR: YOU ARE BIDDING ON TWO TRUCKS, ONE WITH A CLEAR TITLE, THE OTHER WITH A BILL OF SALE. I started restoration metal work on the green one, but I've become so busy with customer work that I'm just not going to get to these and I need the space. (I own a restoration shop.)The green step-side truck has had the floor to rocker supports, inner and outer rockers, lower door jamb supports, outer floor section, front floor pan, and cab corner replaced on the driver's side. I braced and started cutting out the passenger side to do the same, but haven't gotten back to it. The parts to finish the metal work will be included in the sale. If you'd like to see pictures of the process to know it was done right, I can share them with you. Just ask. The green stepside truck has a 350 and th350 trans in it that was running about a year ago. It has a new fuel tank and new steering column with shifter. I have the seat for it (needs restored). This truck has a CLEAN TITLE. The primer-colored fleetside truck has also had some restoration work started, but not by me and I was planning to re-do all of it because it's not finished. It is a pretty solid truck. The floors and supports were much better than the green truck and the cab is relatively solid. It has a later model seat in it that needs work. This truck has no engine or trans in it (I was going to install a 5.3 engine-I have a 2001 5.3 that I would sell separately). This truck has NO TITLE-just a bill of sale and bill of sale from the previous owner. It will need a bonded title, which is not very hard to do. I have back glass and door glass for both trucks, along with a couple extra doors. There are lots of spare parts. Between the two, you could get pretty close to getting one truck on the road. That said, both of these are projects and need restoration. I'm sure I left some things out so please ask if you have questions. I'd prefer to sell the trucks as a pair. I welcome inspections in person. I would also be willing to entertain the idea of finishing one or both of the trucks for a separate price (I can provide an estimate if you're interested). I could finish the metal work for a separate price, or I could do all of the body and paint and then you finish the rest, or I could completely finish it, or something in between. Buyer is responsible for pick-up or for arranging shipping. I do have a trailer, and can deliver for a reasonable fee within a reasonable distance of Austin, TX. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DELIVERY, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING TO ARRANGE DETAILS OF DELIVERY. These trucks are being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Every effort has been made to describe them accurately and provide accurate pictures.
