1 owner, original condition 1984 Rabbit GTI with just under 50K on original drivetrain. Car has always been garaged and has no rust, and has never been in an accident of any type. Original paint in very good condition, some minor scratches and small chips. Interior in nearly perfect condition except for some minor discoloration on rear arm-rest panels. Headliner intact. Car runs perfectly, but needs the following repairs: exhaust from cat back, new front rotors and pads (both are original), heater control valve. Air conditioning needs to be converted from R-12, and does not work. Tires have nearly all their tread, and do not leak, but are old. I have the original window sticker, build sheet, brochure, all service records, a 1984 Blaupunkt Seattle radio/cassette player, and the original Bentley service manual. On Oct-24-15 at 14:03:12 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note that although the is driveable, it is currently unregistered and uninspected. Car will not pass state inspection due to a small hole in muffler (hence new exhaust referenced above)
