Recently imported, clear Virginia title in my name, fully inspected and cleared by customs. This is a white 1989 LHD Defender 90 in very good mechanical condition except for a u joint noise from a drive shaft. The engine is in great shape (see it running in the video), starts easily and doesn't smoke even under acceleration, gears shift well. It has a few minor dents and needs some interior work, front seat bottoms need new foam (sagging, 109.99 each for entire new seat bottoms if you simply replace them), headliner sagging, needs window regulator on driver's side (45 dollars), needs one door lock pull (interior, 6 dollars), hood release cable is hard to operate, should be replaced (10 dollars), instrument cluster bezel needs repaired or replaced (75 dollars for a new one), a couple of light lenses broken in the back (less than 10 dollars) and a cracked side mirror (27 dollars if you replace the whole thing). Front middle seat back is missing in pictures but I have purchased one and this will be included with the vehicle (cost me 120 dollars). Other wear and tear as expected but good shape for age. 2.5 TD 19J engine, only surface rust here and there, no real rust. Frame, floors, door bottoms and underside solid as its an Italian import and didn't come from a wet region. I didn't undercoart the frame to hide anything, any rust is only surface rust. The car is located in Dundalk, Maryland as its a recent import, can be shipped anywhere at buyer's expense, it is titled and has fully cleared customs. Accessories like after market bumpers, snorkel,rock sliders, light guards, storage box in rear, sunroof and rear folding seats. Also has about a one inch lift due to some spring spacers and Australian shock absorbers fitted, this defender is an Italian import. To clarify the windscreen is currently NOT BROKEN. I realized after listing this that some pictures show a cracked windscreen, those are pictures from Italy. The pictures in the tow lot show the replaced windscreen which I had done after purchasing it and before shipping, sorry about any confusion. The rocksliders show some surface rust but I cleaned those off and painted them black since, rust came off pretty easily. It also got a fresh oil change and new battery before leaving Italy.
