......Hello diesel family and friends, thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone,,I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal, I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read, thanks ... my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. That was me....it is where I started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened a small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down... I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. Truck came from out west in western Nebraska, got it from the second owner who had meticulious service history., Mechanically awesome in need of nothing I'm aware of,,,Good hot batteries, injectors, and glow plugs, high output starter motor turns once or twice and she is purring. No leaks or smoke, the automatic tranny was rebuilt a few months ago by my shop with recipts and a few months of warranty left. Real tight front end she does track good at 75, engine has super good power I installed a 6 position TS programmer for power of fuel miles, on economy I got almost 25mpg coming back from Floridia. Recent filters an fluids too. Cosmetically truck is super clean, original paint looks good still a nice gloss, sharp color combo Jade Green/ smoke silver, no scrapes or denting, good looking chrome, frame is in excellent shape no rust at all. Interior real good shape for year and miles better than most 200K trucks I see around. Everything working, air, heat ect. Tires are so so will need a set soon but ok for now,tailpipe needs replaced, some normal wear and tear like stone chips, small scratches, possibly a parking lot type ding or two,, interior wear dash crack,,,,but nothing needed shes pretty and she's a great runner,,,better than 95% of all other 96 pickups out there with 200K that I'll gaurentee!!! Ready for a trouble free ride home and years of faithful service, cant say that about any 6.0's though! Tom 717 991 0568
