This Mercedes Benz is in phenomenal condition. It is obvious that it was garage kept and the previous owner took pride in their vehicle. The car starts right up, and runs and drives perfectly. The transmission shifts as it should. The brakes stop well. And it runs down the road straight. It is in unbelievable condition compared to most of the cars of similar year I see come through my shop. We are a wholesaler and make our living buying and selling cars through the dealer auctions. We only retail the best, cleanest units we get to the public. It is finished in a beautiful and classy white paint that still maintains its shine. The beautiful grey leather interior looks to be well kept tidy and clean. This particular E class wagon has only traveled 110k miles in its pampered life. These E class wagons are extremely rare and sought after this is only the 2nd one I have ever had in my shop. They have 90% of the utility of an SUV, the sure footed handling of all wheel drive, yet the driving characteristics of a sports sedan. This particular example is absolutely loaded. Power windows, locks, mirrors, power seats, anti lock brakes, cruise control, and dual climate control with Ice cold air. Whoever ordered this e320 wagon checked all the boxes to ensure a true luxury experience. This wagon has widescreen navigation, hid xenon headlights, heated seats, the dynamic seat package with massage, rear sunshades, power rear hatch, power moonroof and the super rare 3rd row seat option. The original owner spent over $10k beyond the standard msrp for an e320 wagon to appoint it with all these extra luxury features. Finding an e320 wagon is rare enough, finding a 4matic one with all the options is a needle in a haystack. The car rides on a good set of Cooper lifeliner tires mounted to a beautiful set of original Mercedes alloy wheels. I have personally driven this vehicle and it rides smooth and tracks straight at 80 mph +. There are no check engine lights, strange noises or fluid leaks. The engine is quiet, smooth and powerful. The transmission shifts as it should, and the car feels very planted and sure footed on the road. This particular car will make a great family car, commuter car, or a safe and reliable first car for your new driver. The all wheel drive also makes it a great car for winter weather. Now every used car has its flaws – otherwise it wouldn’t be used! Here is what our inspection has revealed: The front bumper cover has a couple cracks on the lower passenger side corner. The fog light is also missing. It looks like the car hit one of those concrete parking blocks or something superficial like that. I can get this repaired prior to you taking delivery at wholesale cost, by my very good body man but we did not want to do paintwork on the car. Please call me to discuss this if you would like it repaired as part of your purchase. The rear bumper has one small 2-3” scuff on the driver’s side. There are also some superficial scratches on the top edge of the bumper from loading / unloading luggage into the trunk. I have tried to photograph all the flaws as best I can so there are no surprises. Overall it’s a VERY nice car especially for the year. I would rate it an 8.5 /10 overall and I’m VERY picky with cars. I tend to be overly critical and under describe cars, but I’d rather you be impressed when you get your new car rather than disappointed due to the unrealistic descriptions that many dealers offer. Any inspections must take place on site at our facility, and be concluded before the end of the auction. NJ residents MUST pay 7% sales tax in addition to the winning price of the bid. No exceptions. Out of state residents must pay their own taxes when they go to register the car in their local municipality. All purchasers (including dealers) must pay a $150 documentation fee, which covers the cost of overnight mail and title transfer, ebay fees etc. Temporary vehicle tags are available to both in state and out of state residents, they cost $25. Non-resident temp tags are valid for 20 days from the date of issuance. Resident temp tags are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All cars are sold as-is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. All retail customers will be obligated to sign an as-is where is acknowledgement as part of the purchase paperwork. Please be advised that pictures and descriptions provided are in order to best describe vehicle. Buyer should expect to find 'normal wear' that would be consistent with the vehicles age and mileage. Older vehicles may show undercarriage rusting consistent with vehicles age and mileage.
