CLASSIC PORSCHE CROSS-COUNTRY CRUISER 1987 PORSCHE 944.. This 944 has the original 2.5 l fuel injected engine that it came with. The car drives like a Porsche, but sips gas like a VW! The good: Body has no bondo. Paint shines nice. Starts, drives and stops without incident. Power windows work. Near new tires, good brakes and suspension. Head lights work as they should. The bad: Tach needle fell off but you can still read it. Small dent in front left fender (popped out but could use more work) front right turn signal and fender light need replacement. Rear window and hood struts need to be replaced. No A/C, fan works but it needs freon. Drivers outside door handle needs replacing, (it works from the inside only.) Tail pipe has some holes. No carpet on rear deck. This would make a great racer or weekend ride. Huge sunroof comes out completely. The odometer stopped working at 173k so it must have around 180k on it now. Own an original Porsche for less than the insurance on a new one! Please have funds in hand when you make your bid, no trades, sold “as is”. I am not a dealer.
